1. Definitions
“Company”/“We”: ICS International Group, LLC (Myappics).
“Services”: AI-driven platforms (agents, automation tools), APIs, integrations, support, SMS communications.
“User”/“Customer”: individual or entity accessing or using Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
3. Eligibility
You must be 13+; minors under 18 require parental consent. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.
4. Account & Security
Users are responsible for account credentials and all account activity; must report unauthorized access immediately.
5. Acceptable Use
No reverse-engineering, illicit usage, infringing content, DDoS/malicious activity, or unauthorized reselling. We may suspend accounts at our discretion.
6. User Content & License

7. SMS Communications
SMS Service Terms: - By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Myappics. - You must provide accurate mobile phone information and confirm you are authorized to use the provided number. - Standard message and data rates apply as determined by your mobile carrier. - Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and notification preferences. - You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. - SMS services are provided through third-party providers and are subject to network availability. - We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, failed to deliver, or misdirected due to inaccurate contact information. - You agree not to use our SMS services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
SMS Service Availability: - SMS services may not be available in all geographic areas. - We reserve the right to discontinue SMS services with reasonable notice. - Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, carrier issues, or technical problems.
SMS Opt-In via Keyword Campaign: - Myappics may offer keyword-based SMS opt-in campaigns where users voluntarily subscribe by texting a specific keyword (e.g., "START") to our toll-free number +1 (877) 361-5105. - The keyword may be promoted via website banners, online ads, printed flyers, or other marketing materials. - After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message stating: “Thanks for subscribing to Myappics updates. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt-out. HELP for help.” - SMS consent is not a condition for purchase. We retain records of opt-in activity for legal and compliance purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All Myappics software, documentation, trademarks, and IP are owned by Myappics or its licensors.
9. Fees & Billing
Fees are based on your subscription plan; billed monthly or annually in USD. We reserve the right to increase fees with 30 days’ notice. SMS charges, if any, will be clearly disclosed.
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, illegal activity, or court orders. No pro-rata refunds except as mandated by law. Upon termination, SMS services will be discontinued.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. This includes SMS delivery, which depends on third-party carriers and network availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to failed SMS deliveries or carrier-related issues.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Myappics from claims arising from user content, activities in the Services, or misuse of SMS communications.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Somerville, TN. Class-action waivers and arbitration apply to individual claims.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use post-notice signifies acceptance.
16. Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent; we may assign it in corporate reorganizations or acquisitions.
